Hamilton Mennonite Church has a rich tradition of making music together in worship. We don't only sing from hymnals, but our hymnals are treasured resources that help us join our voices, learn new ways to worship, and hear God's voice in many ways. On February 14, HMC dedicates our new hymnal, Voices Together, to the worship of God.
Every HMC household has an opportunity to have a copy of Voices Together in their home so even while we worship online and on our own, we can begin to explore where this new collection may take us as a faith community. HMC has also purchased the accompaniment edition, worship leader editions, and the 4-volume digital recordings that we will often be able to hear in our services.
Many of the songs and prayers will be familiar to us, and some have been introduced to us just in the past few years as we have anticipated and prayed for this project. See below for a few Voices Together songs that we have learned most recently!
